Journal Article 1404/10/01 <p>The rapid expansion of social networks has fundamentally transformed patterns of human interaction and lifestyles, creating new contexts for the emergence of risky behaviors. In this regard, the impact of these platforms on the process of recidivism and the reproduction of delinquency has become a significant concern in contemporary criminology. The present study adopts a criminological approach to examine the role of social networks in reinforcing or facilitating patterns of recidivism and risky behaviors. Accordingly, the central research question is: what is the criminological impact of social networks on patterns of recidivism and risky behaviors? The study was conducted using a library-based (documentary) method, with data collected through note-taking techniques, and analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings indicate that social networks can contribute to an increased likelihood of recidivism by facilitating communication among deviant individuals, normalizing risky behaviors, and disseminating criminal patterns. Furthermore, widespread access and limited supervision within these platforms create conditions conducive to the formation of informal criminal networks and the reinforcement of criminal identities. Therefore, the adoption of preventive policies, the promotion of media literacy, and effective monitoring of content published on social networks can play a significant role in reducing risky behaviors and recidivism.</p> <p>گسترش روزافزون شبکه‌های اجتماعی، الگوهای تعاملات انسانی و سبک‌های زندگی را به‌طور بنیادین دگرگون ساخته و زمینه‌های نوینی برای شکل‌گیری رفتارهای پرخطر فراهم آورده است. در این میان، تأثیر این فضاها بر فرایند تکرار جرم و بازتولید بزهکاری، به یکی از دغدغه‌های مهم جرم‌شناسی معاصر تبدیل شده است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی جرم‌شناختی، به بررسی نقش شبکه‌های اجتماعی در تقویت یا تسهیل الگوهای تکرار جرم و رفتارهای پرخطر می‌پردازد. لذا مسأله اصلی پژوهش حاضر پاسخگویی به این سؤال است جرم‌شناختی تأثیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر الگوهای تکرار جرم و رفتارهای پرخطر چیست؟ که به­صورت کتابخانه­ای (اسنادی) و ابزار به­صورت فیش­برداری است و روش تجزیه­وتحلیل نیز به­صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی می­باشد. نتایج نشان داد شبکه‌های اجتماعی می‌توانند از طریق تسهیل ارتباط میان افراد منحرف، عادی‌سازی رفتارهای پرخطر و گسترش الگوهای بزهکارانه، در افزایش احتمال تکرار جرم نقش داشته باشند. همچنین دسترسی گسترده و نظارت محدود در این فضا، زمینه شکل‌گیری شبکه‌های غیررسمی بزهکاری و تقویت هویت‌های مجرمانه را فراهم می‌کند. ازاین‌رو، اتخاذ سیاست‌های پیشگیرانه، ارتقای سواد رسانه‌ای و نظارت مؤثر بر محتوای منتشرشده در شبکه‌های اجتماعی می‌تواند در کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر و تکرار جرم مؤثر باشد.</p> https://www.jecjl.com/index.php/jecjl/article/download/542/377
