This article adopts a historical perspective to examine the evolution of this type of crime, from medieval highway robbers to contemporary armed offenders. It analyzes the factors contributing to both the emergence and decline of violent robbery and demonstrates that although modern security structures and technological advancements have led to a relative reduction in its occurrence, it continues to represent a serious threat in many parts of the world. The article further provides a process-oriented analysis of violent robberies by identifying and explaining five key stages: target selection, creation of surprise, victim control, acquisition of property, and escape. This stage-based approach to criminal conduct facilitates the identification of intervention points and supports the development of effective preventive and repressive strategies. Finally, by focusing on offenders’ behavioral patterns and examining criminogenic environments, the study proposes a number of measures aimed at reducing this form of criminality.</p> <p>سرقت همراه با خشونت یکی از قدیمی‌ترین و ماندگارترین اشکال بزهکاری در تاریخ جوامع انسانی است. این مقاله با نگاهی تاریخی به سیر تحول این نوع جرم، از راهزنان قرون وسطی تا دزدان مسلح معاصر، به بررسی عوامل مؤثر در ظهور و کاهش آن پرداخته و نشان می‌دهد که گرچه ساختارهای امنیتی و فناوری‌های نوین موجب کاهش نسبی این جرم شده‌اند، اما همچنان تهدیدی جدی در بسیاری از نقاط جهان محسوب می‌شود. در ادامه، مقاله به تحلیل فرآیندی سرقت‌های خشونت‌آمیز می‌پردازد و پنج مرحله کلیدی آن شامل انتخاب هدف، ایجاد غافلگیری، تحت کنترل درآوردن قربانی، به‌دست آوردن اموال، و فرار را تشریح می‌کند. این نگاه مرحله‌ای به جرم، امکان شناسایی نقاط مداخله‌پذیر و طراحی راهبردهای پیشگیرانه و سرکوب‌گرانه مؤثر را فراهم می‌آورد. در نهایت، با تمرکز بر الگوهای رفتاری مجرمان و تحلیل بسترهای جرم‌خیز، راهکارهایی برای کاهش این نوع بزهکاری پیشنهاد می‌شود.</p> https://www.jecjl.com/index.php/jecjl/article/download/619/341
