وظیفه و مسؤولیت فقهی و حقوقی دولت و پدافند غیرعامل در برابر تهدیدهای اقتصادی داخلی

پدافند غیر عامل سازمانی است که وظیفۀ اصلی آن شناسایی تهدیدات و نقاط ضعف و قوت کشور است. از جمله تهدیداتی که با آن مواجه هستیم، تهدید اقتصادی است که تمامی ارکان کشور به نوعی به آن وابسته هستند. در تمامی دوران، ضربۀ اقتصادی، روشی مؤثر و کارا، برای ضربه زدن به دشمن بوده است. این حربه توسط دشمنان جمهوری اسلامی ایران سال ها است که استفاده می‌‌شود. ضربه های اقتصادی جزء دستور کار بوده و انواع تحریم های اقتصادی علیه کشور ما صورت گرفته‌است. دولت و سازمان پدافند غیر- عامل هر دو به طور مستقل، وظیفۀ مقابله با این تهدیدها را به عهده دارند؛ هر چند همکاری آن‌ها با هم نیز در دستور کار قرار دارد. در این مقاله این همکاری از منظر فقه اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار خواهدگرفت. مدل تحقیق در این مقاله، از نوع نظری و با استفاده از منابع فقهی و حقوقی بوده و به روش مورد کاوی بوده‌است. نتیجه حاصل از تحقیق، نشان می دهد فقه اسلامی، وظیفه ی حکومت اسلامی را مقابله و مبارزه با تهدید های بیگانه در امور داخلی کشور دانسته و روش های قابل توجه و مثمر ثمری در این خصوص در اختیار قرار می‌دهد.
